ABOUT US
STORY
After many years as a training manager and member of the board of directors of large companies, Ernst Aebi became self-employed in 1996 and founded Ernst Aebi & Co. He worked as the sole owner of the company, depending on the assignment together with Esther Borra, dipl. Adult educator HF and psychosocial counselor HFP and other experts from his network.
In 2012, Cem Ece, Master of Advanced Studies in Training Management IAP, joined the team and independently supervised more mandates every year as a part-time trainer. In 2019 he became a partner and the previous limited partnership was converted into a GmbH: AEBI ECE PARTNER.
ERNST AEBI
My professional mission: "I want to move people, teams and organizations and support them to change and develop in such a way that everyone involved wins."
After his basic pedagogical training, Ernst Aebi gained practical management experience in large companies in industry and the service sector as a line manager, personnel developer, public relations manager, personnel and training manager and member of the management board. He continued his education in areas such as coaching, NLP, communication and organizational development, is an ASTD recognized performance coach, a specialist in systemic structural constellations and a Master Practitioner inLogosynthesis.
Volunteer work and
private interests
Ernst Aebi is President of the International Society for Logosynthesis.
He has founded and led various organizations (Personal Development Forum, Swiss Association for Company Training, Diploma as Web Project Manager).
Privately, he was a hobby pilot for 25 years and is still an enthusiastic cyclist and skier.

After his basic training in sales, Cem Ece continued his education and coaching, learning and sales psychology (degree with MAS training management IAP) and leadership and gained practical experience, among other things as Training Manager with 12 employees at Orange (today Salt). Parallel to his training as a Lean Master and CAS Business Analyst, he has been with Helsana for over ten years. He was Head of Quality and Support and is now – in part-time – Process Manager and Business Analyst.
Since 2012 he has been with increasing workload as a trainer for leadership, sales and learning psychology at
Aebi & Co. He has been a partner at AEBI ECE PARTNER since 2019.
Volunteer work and
private interests
Among other things, Cem Ece works as a conflict manager and translator in Turkish society and works as a volunteer in a retirement home. Privately, he explores the world on extensive trips, as a motorcyclist and hobby mountaineer.
